The Cotswold Country Park Swimming Beach

Here at the park we are the proud owners of the UK's largest inland beach, which has now been beautifully replenished and restored with deep soft play sand - perfect for building the most impressive of sand castles! The beach and swimming area is open all year round so during the summer months, this popular beach is filled with families and the smell of a gorgeous BBQ is never far away. You can sit back and soak up the sun whilst the children play in the water, to their hearts content.

During the winter months, you can enjoy a peaceful walk along the sand and take in the gorgeous views across the lake and for the more adventurous type there's nothing quite like a cold dip in the water to invigorate the soul on a brisk winter morning! The beach is supervised by lifeguards throughout the summer period - weather permitting - but children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Inflatables are allowed in the water, and you will find an excellent selection on sale at the Cotswold Country Park Gift Shop, along with beach toys, ice creams and dingy hire.
